H.B.2345 is still in its referral stage. As we await a committee assignment we are meeting with State Representatives and Senators polling their opinion on the social poker industry.

The poker industry is well represented across the state with clubs in operation in 51 of 150 Texas House Districts and 26 of the 31 Texas Senate Districts.

Over the next two weeks we will be working on House Committee assignments and preparing H.B.2345 for its first committee hearing.
