Two Big Legislative Updates in the Fight for Poker in Texas

Our proactive social poker bill (H.B.2345) had two significant updates this week.

  1. Its Senate Companion Bill (S.B.1681) was filed by Senator Menendez.
  2. H.B.2345 was referred to the House Licensing & Administrative Procedures Committee and currently awaits its first hearing date (TBD).
